Took my car in for general servicing which had all been done at Toyota dealerships. Was told I had a cracked oil filter cap that they would have to further break to get at. I questioned it and pointed out that only dealership technicians handle this. I could see paying for the labor involved at least but they could of offer to pay for the cap which was 47 dollars. Will never go there again. This was a 2015 Prius, not that old.

Excellent service and staff. Pricey but that is the way of Toyota. You get what you pay for.
We thought we had fair and pleasant treatment and what we thought was a good price compared to other dealers we looked at. The next day, we learned (from another dealer) that Toyota was starting a $750 rebate on our exact model! I went back to Lemieux and asked if they knew this was coming from Toyota when they sold us the car. They said they never know about these things ahead of time. Lesson learned: Do all the research you can before you buy. Again, we were dealt with pleasantly and we signed the deal. Still feel a bit disappointed though.
Excellent service. Beautiful facility. Great people. Love the drive in service check-in out of the weather and warm in the winter! Shuttle service is awesome too!
