Gave us very low trade-in despite mint condition. Said we failed to respond to an air-bag recall...this was not true....we never got a recall notice. Then they changed the story.....said CarFax said our airbag was deployed.....another lie.....car was in one low speed fender-bender....airbag never deployed. They then said that even though CarFax 'maybe' wrong, they had to go by it. Sounded to us like CarFax and your dealer were in collusion to keep trade in below blue book. We were not impressed.
They really like to jack a guy around when it comes to trading in. Tell a guy what he thinks is a fair value. Then when the time come to do a deal they change their mind and low ball you so bad that it was not worth doing a trade in. When the new truck arrived they knew then that they had me and that they could screw with me to their benefit. It really seems like they are more worried about their profits and not the buyer.
There is no jacking around or pressuring to buy, they give you time to think about your purchase
Felt like we were pushed aside for the salesman family or friend that was interested in purchasing a vehicle. Also pointed out scratches on the exterior a week before we purchased the vehicle and when the vehicle was brought outside the scratches were still there. Have not heard back yet on getting that buffed out. I would assume that should have been a top priority and put to the top of a list but have not heard a word about it so I guess I will address the issue. Felt rushed...given a 50.00 dollar gift card to soothe the scratches issue and write an excellent survey. My husband is very disappointed with the transaction after making a cash purchase.
Very Informative Salesman, Staff was very friendly. When are vehicle arrived, Our salesman took his time going through the paper work and the car components. We were extremely pleased and excited to bring our car home!
