From setting up an appointment time with finance so we are not waiting after work, to walking us through everything including pairing our phone with the vehicle. It was so nice to have everything ready and walked through without any hiccups and a lot of knowledge. The whole experience was so smooth and comforting.
The staff were all very friendly and we were greeted immediately. Our sales representative was very helpful with questions we had about financing to the specialized tutorial of the features of our Buick Lacrosse. We were truly impressed and will definitely be back to trade another behicle soon!
