I’ve never had a better experience at a car dealership! This place is wonderful! We had such a wonderful time with the salesman , Eric. He helped us find the perfect car. We tried quite a few on the road and he was patient and talked with us the whole time! When it was time to pass us along to their financial side of things, we were still treated like family and that was such a relief, given how many times we have had issues during a car sale. They were wonderful and we will only be going to this dealership from now on. For maintenance this will be our first and only stop. We are so thankful for our experience here and can’t believe that it was so painless to trade in our old car and put it towards our brand new vehicle. Wonderful!! 10 stars!!

The sales staff was great! I was greeted and asked if I had been helped by just about everyone on the floor both days I was in there. Dallas & George were the guys I worked with. Both were both very professional and efficient and got me out of there with my new car quick and easy.
Our experience was really limited to our sales professional Rick Wise, although I’m sure our experience with our salesman is a clear reflection of the dealership as well! Rick came highly recommended to us by a relative. Words cannot describe how comfortable and accommodating Rick was during our visit. He clearly laid out all our options, was quick to ready the vehicles we wanted to test drive, and gave us his professional opinion on long term value for the options we were interested in. Overall we had a remarkable experience and feel like we got an outstanding deal on our new vehicle!! Highly highly recommend Rick and Dorsch Ford Kia!!
Never, never again!!!!! They do not stand behind there cars. Once you have it you better hope nothing goes wrong with it because they are no help what so ever. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealer again. If I could give them no stars I would.
