Chris was so easy to work with. He was able to answer our questions and get us into an suv that fit our family. He was able to get the color we wanted, the features we were looking for and in perfect timing! We can’t say enough about him and Gandrud. Great to do business with!
Our sales consultant Daryl Warren was outstanding. We were originally looking to buy a used Traverse however we started looking at new Equinoxes and Daryl showed my wife and I what we could afford new rather than used within our budget. He took the time to go through the different trim options and pointed my wife and I to exactly what we were looking for. Upon pickup of the vehicle, he went through a detailed, hands-on explanation of how the features work on the vehicle.
Truck still randomly vibrates at 70-80, v4 mode at 40ish MPH vibrates can feel in pedal, I told them this twice now and it has yet to be addressed.
12/6/17 - new truck makes snapping sounds and I'm being told it's normal,service department is a joke never again will I buy from them or recommend anyone to them.
I like going to Gandrud because it doesn't take all day to buy a truck. We were debating between a Ford or a Chevy. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and pointed out the differences between both makes of trucks. She told us about rebates we didn't even know about. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the right truck for us.

Traded that 2016 in and got a 2017 ,new truck is better no vibration or issues so far. (300 miles)
I was very impressed with the knowledge that Chris had of the truck and the whole purchasing process. He did an awesome job explaining the options on the truck and setting up the technological features. He made it much easier and quicker than trying to read the owners manual and then set it up on my own. This was my fourth new truck but my first purchased from Gandrud. They are also the fourth different dealership that I have purchased from; and will be the one that I go to when looking for my next new truck.
Got my truck here, good sales guy not to pushy and was up front. Will be back again.
