Great service, as always. Typical oil change wait time. They washed my car and even brought it back into the service drive so I didn't have to bring my newborn out into the cold. They found some issues in my suspension during the free inspection, and explained everything to me. Great job Broadway!!
Originally the visit was a 60 day checkup on the Tahoe. That went quickly and no problems. I asked the service consultant about a concern I had with a slight misalignment of the driver side fender and front door. He referred me to the collision center. Tom in the collision center was great, He looked at my issue and scheduled an appointment to come back for an adjustment the following week. later that day Tom called and said they could fit my vehicle in the next day if I wished. When I arrived for my appointment the Service Manager looked at the alignment and took my vehicle back to the body shop. Within a half hour my vehicle was ready and I was pleased with the work.
I appreciated the fact that Broadway took the time to check out the rest of my wheel bearings to make sure I didn’t have to make another trip to them. They fixed both of them within a reasonable amount of time and also gave me a car wash! Thanks Broadway!
I originally called on a Friday the salesman Scott said they were swamped asked if I could come Saturday morning so I did not wait around all day, I appreciated that and did. I arrived at 8:30, it was rainy and cold, took the car out, we were negotiating by 9:00 am and ready to purchase. I did not get out of there with the car until 1:30 in the afternoon. To me 5 hours is not acceptable. When I arrived home that night, still raining, once it stopped I noticed a small crack in my certified used vehicles windshield. To me this is not certified or acceptable. Monday morning I called the dealer they made arraignments for me to come up the following Monday at 7:00 am to repair. I was told there would be a car waiting for me. I arrived, the service guys had no car or any record of fixing my car. I drove 45 minutes away from my work for nothing. I left my number and asked to be called immediately. At 10:30 am I called the dealer and wanted to know what was going on, once again the guy on the phone did not know and would have someone call me back. At 11:10 the manager did, somehow on their end they did not communicate and claimed a car was ready service just had no idea. They agreed to come pick my car up the next morning and get it fixed. They did pick it up the next morning, took the car to Green Bay and repaired the windshield. They did return my car. i would have appreciated at least putting in the gas they used in driving the car back to Green Bay when I already did that trip the previous day. Overall 5 hours of waiting the day of purchase, they were slow it was not a busy day, 1.5 hours of wasted time for me driving to Green Bay and back, plus having to have them pick up my car then not at least put the gas in they used, overall made for a pretty poor experienced. Scott the sales guy was nice, the guy they had pick up my car was a little older guy he was great, and in the end I do like the car. Punctuality, communication, and general urgency could be greatly improved though.
It was great! Scott Tokarczyk was the best person I’ve dealt with while buying a new vehicle. He never pressured or rushed me. He answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
