Looking for a well priced chest freezer. Call service great, research great on prices. Only issue is the delivery employees attached 2 of the wheels to the bottom foam insulation instead of the frame. As soon as I moved the freezer for the first time, wheels popped off, tearing the foam. I had to put them back on myself on the frame.
Awesome sales person her name was Linda. Very informative. Got a very good price after shopping around. Good warranties backing the product.

The only problem we ran into was with the appliance installation. We purchased an entire suite of kitchen appliances as part of a total remodel. We were told the contractor should be installing the appliances when in fact that was not the case. This went back and forth a bit and in the end VanVreede's did install the appliances (except for the range hood which they would not do) but this caused about a one week delay in our remodel to get on their installation schedule.
