Newly renovated, actually currently not yet complete with rennovation. They have the scan and go app which saves time at billing. Club pickup which is also cool to have them get everything ready for you. Prices are cheaper with much higher quality compared to a regular store. Only gripe is, you have to get everything in bulk.
This company is a bunch of fraudulent thieves and I will no longer be doing business with them.
I seem to always have the same very slow person checking my receipt when I leave. The Scan and Go totally confuses him. The line is aways longer than when others are checking. They need to find him a job more suited to his comfort.
Absolute worst customer service. I placed an order online on Friday, December 8 and was guaranteed a delivery date of December 13. It is now December 13, and the item hasn't even shipped! I called three different times to try to cancel the order, and they told me they couldn't cancel it because it was being processed. It takes them 4 business days to process my order that was guaranteed to be here?! I don't think so.
I've been a member for years. Tried CostCo went back to Sam's the next year. Good prices and an application called Scan and Go that allows you to skip the checkout.
I would just like to add that I am always pleased with the service I receive from the employees when I am in the store. I easily save over $100 a month shopping here over regular stores. These are reasons I have remained a loyal customer.
Hopefully it was just a problem with that telephone lines. :)
It is pretty sad when a store the size of Sams Club is unable to answer the phone between the hours of 5pm and 8pm. I have called every 1/2 hour to no avail. This is especially damaging when you have Costco heating up (taking away customers) the competition. I have been a loyal Sams Club member for many years, but I am beginning to think about switching. Sams is old and tired. I sure hope Sams wakes up so it can survive in this competitive market or it will soon be an afterthought.
