Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. No, it does not smell, but it is next to Five Guys. So, they got that going for them....which is nice.
Switched from Verizon because I was told by Customer Service that I would pay $45 a month unlimited everything along with hotspot and if I added a line it would be $70 a month. A month after changing they sent two SIM cards and activated the one I sent back and never asked for so it was two weeks without a phone. When I received my bill it was $70, I went to local store and finally figured out this CS guy lied and it was $70 a month. The store Mgr was outstanding as she called and credited my account, but CS never applied. I paid for 4 months of service yet actually had active line for about two. CS is a mess! You get what you pay for.
Nice visit to the store. Family switched over, with no problem. Fantastic customer service and found solutions to my other problems. Staff was very helpful.
The guys at this Location are incredible. They helped make an extremely terrible day a little more tolerable. I recomend T-Mobile to anyone looking for a new or switching carriers. I've been so pleased with the easiness of the process. The reliability of the service simplicity of the plan. They listened to me and didn't push their own agenda or sales on me. Thank you!!
