Unprofessional customer service. Realayed useless information
I would give no stars if it was an option. They mishandled the transfer of our lines from Verizon, resulting in another month of billing and no equipment reimbursement and completely misrepresented what the final monthly bill would be. We received a bill that is $151 higher per month than we were told it would be (fees and taxes). Beyond disappointed and the manager was condescending and refused to try to make it right.
The people that work there are awesome. But their boss needs to hire for at least 3 asscociates on the floor at one time.

I had a great experience at this location! Brandon and Michael were great! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in. I will be going to this location when I need something in the future! Great job guys you both deserve an award for your customer service skills!!
Great people, but the wait is atrocious. I have been there as long as 3 hours to accomplish something that takes 10-15 minutes.
