for the average person looking for home audio or car audio its a bit over priced. They do offer a good service if you have the money to spend, but if your a hobbyist in car audio or home audio you will find the price much over priced!
I earlier today had a bad experience at one of their competitors. I had scheduled an appointment with a competitor to get my car speakers replaced. I had scheduled the appointment after waiting two weeks for a Saturday appointment. They said it would take two hours. I come back about 30 minutes before it is supposed to be completed and they hadn't even started installing the speakers. They said they had been busy, which was true, but then why did I schedule appointment? Anyway, I told them I had to leave for an errand and saw Sound World.
My family had the absolute best experience at Sound World! They had everything we needed to achieve what we envisioned. Everyone there was kind and helpful. Ryan did a spectacular job on the install. He made sure we were taken care of and showed us how everything works. We are beyond excited about our new set up.
We had a great experience at Sound World Green Bay and are thrilled with our new purchase. We needed a new sound system for our new Sprinter van that wouldn't break us. Between Trent and Ryan and their careful consideration, we ended up with some great products. Our new sound rocks.
Seeing as how busy the other place was I figured I would just schedule an appointment for a different week at Sound World. I told them what happened and they were very understanding. They also seemed very knowledgeable and knew what speakers I needed. They were busy too, but after hearing my plight they said they would work me in instead of making me wait another couple of weeks. They got right to it and installed my speakers the same day and they sound great!!! It ended up being a little more expensive, but well worth it. I highly recommend these guys over other area competitors!
