Ordered a pair of Birkenstock clogs. Said owner was out of town but will order within the week and should get on two weeks. Went to the store to see if they were in said no not yet. Went back again a week later and they said they are on back order and should be in within the week. We back again and still telling me on backorder. I look on birkenstocks website they are in stock same thing exact thing in stock online. And it says ships within 2 days. I will never go back again. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. I had to wait for call backs. Really get it together how can you run a business like this. And lie. The order was probably never placed when it should have been. Will never go back. If I want birkenstocks I will drive to Appleton or order online. What a joke.
Update: ordered the same exact shoe on Zappos on Friday and just received them today. And why didn’t Birkenstock store not get them within four weeks. Someone dropped the ball. Keep up the exceptional customer service. Haha joke.
