Very good quality shoes here. I prefer skechers shoes but they should have whatever you need - or they can order them. Always had good service here.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I just had a simple return question and I was treated like an idiot.
I watched one young employee juggle 4 customers, including me, as 4 other employees stood around talking with each other. Not good customer service. I know one of the 4 is the store manager! This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at this location. Just because one employee is more motivated to earn money, the others just stand around and collect their hourly rate. Very disappointing.
I just went to finish line today bought a pair of shoes that had the original price of 189.99 and a sale price of 159.99. I bought the shoes thinking they were the sale price I went to my car and noticed it said I bought them for the original I went inside and argued with the employee and he continued to say the sale was for women's but the shoes were in the men's section. I would not recommend this store.
