I'm having a really hard time believing in this specialty care group. I can't believe that this is the best care my baby or I deserve. There has been constant miscommunication, mistreatment, not filling or only filling one prescription- after calling before I go to the drugstore on a home Packer game day (can you imagine the traffic with a baby on your bladder), and constantly uninformed receptionists and nurses while visiting or making appointments by phone. I hope when reading this, the coordination and the key knitting of groups there may start actively keep communication, care, and helpfulness at a higher standard. The excellence of being a put together team has not been shown unfortuneately in my case, and I wouldn't reccommend much about the experience I've received.

I have had countless issues with the refills on my prescription at this doctor's office. If they're not messing up how many refills I have remaining when they send the prescription to my pharmacy, then they're requiring multiple doctor authorizations on something as simple and benign as birth control pills. Don't go to this office if you don't want to deal with constant headaches and having to call them every 3 or so months to get their errors fixed. I'm extremely displeased, and I'll be looking elsewhere for healthcare.
I had a horrible experience with this place! To top off how bad it was they seriously lacked in any sort of compassion for their patience! They sent me home after an ectopic pregnancy while I was internally bleeding in excruciating pain and couldn't control the bleeding down there either. When I call the emergency room weeks later with the same symptoms the on-call doctor literally said " well I never had an ectopic before so I don't know but your going to have terrible pain and bleeding! If the pain gets too bad that you can't tolerate it anymore then come into the emergency room I'm not sure what they'll do for you other than another ultrasound( which they didn't do anything after the last few ultrasounds) impossibly just to remove the ectopic surgically. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED! I am not a doctor but knew something wasn't right but nobody listened. Finally after over a month of dealing with this same chronic God awful pain and bleeding I wasn't even able to care for my own child. I went in for a second opinion somewhere else and they were completely shocked that I was left like that I ended up having emergency surgery which was more complicated because of the fact that it was left untreated for so long. Needless to say I was internally bleeding and the blood ended up drying inside me with my reproductive organs stuck to my bowels and bladder and even after the chemotherapy injections I had through Bellin obviously didn't work because the ectopic was still stuck inside my fallopian tube only destroying it more. I have called and complained but that doesn't seem to matter the doctors and board members discussed it and agree to their idea of a treatment plan
I've had exceptional service at Women's Specialty Care. My doctor and the nurses have been very attentive to my needs, my time, my questions, etc. I haven't had a bad experience yet and all of my questions and concerns get answered in a very timely manner. Thank you for caring about me.
