Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. They explained things in detail. Dr Avery was very reassuring.
I had good care at OSMS, but their office interfacing with the patients needs improvement. I received my bill in the mail and they put an insert in saying it's a courtesy they extend to their patients to file a claim with the insurance company. A courtesy? Kind of makes me feel bad because my other healthcare providers do this for me and don't make me feel like I'm putting them out.

I had hip replacement surgery as outpatient surgery. I was skeptical at first, but I believe in it now. Surgery was on Oct. 19th and as of today I'm feeling great. Sure, I'm still sore, but this seems to be healing much quicker than in 2011. Thank you Dr. Jason Klein and the staff at OSMS.
I have 2 new knees and a hip
And still sit pretzel legged on the floor with my grandchildren
