Booked appointment online. Got confirmation, after reaching the store they say slot is not available and they never pick up the phone. Worst customer service and the front desk receptionist was rude.
Super helpful and very reliable service , better to have your car checked by a certified technician then to end up stranded . They always approve every job before doing it and have great customer service, sears has a great warranty on the auto service and I've never had to bring a car back here . You pay for what you get and this is quality work, my car had awful loud brakes and I question if any other place I even brought it to did anything because I brought it here for my usual brake check up and it's never been so quiet I know they actually fix your car here.way better than dealing with a dirty garage with no warranty , I'd rather go to sears , they stand by their work and have a corporate to go to if you have a problem. They also don't hassle you about when to pick up your car there super nice and have never gotten impatient waiting for me to get off work . Will definitely go back to sears auto.
Best place for Auto needs
Brought my vehicle in for a front end alignment. CSR advised it takes approx an hour to complete. Time was accurate. Repair tech was semi friendly, almost appeared in a rush to finish the sale once the alignment was complete. I asked as I was paying the $100, so how "bad" was my alignment, slightly joking but wanted to know if the alignment was ok, off, and/or adjusted. Tech said well it was off enough, then went on to advise me that my tires were really bad. Which I asked what do you mean real bad?! He said barely tread left on them and one of them is the wrong size. I advised him that the tires were almost new so are you sure I asked. He said yes Im sure they need ro be replaced asap. The rep gave me my receipt and report from the alignment and I left. Read the report once I left and the information made no sense to me at all. Tires damaged was checked which I know of no damage. Stopped right away by my father to have him check the tires using the easy coin test and the tires were still decent enough to not replace for awhile. So not happy with the lack of explanation on the seevice I paid for and the cheap sales tactics! Sears has been in business for along time to have poor customer service.
