Great service! I like the fact that they didn’t attempt to sell me goods or services that I didn’t want or need. The people I talked to were very kind and personable.
I scheduled an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. As it turns out, I need new tires soon. The mechanic told me he wouldn't recommend rotating the front tires, and gave me an estimate for new tires. He didn't charge me for checking it over and rotating the back tires. I'd highly recommend this shop because they were honest and helpful.
The receptionist is insanely incompetent. The work was done well enough, the price was fair enough, but i will never go back.
One of the best places in the Green Bay area to take your vehicle for mechanical repairs. The owner Doug is a honest man who gives you a very good evaluation of what your vehicle needs & doesn't try to add on "extras". That in itself is a rarity these days.
For the time they save me overall, it's worth the drive there!
They do the job right the 1st time. Very busy shop, but why wouldn't it be? They treat the customers w respect & diagnose the problem correctly. And the "turnaround time" getting your vehicle back is good.

I really like coming here because they give me great advice! They often give me budget options that have saved me quite a bit of money. Once, they saved me from replacing a power steering pump by discovering that it was just a clogged screen/filter! Another time, they saved me from an expensive air conditioning repair!
