This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. Yes I traveled approximately 102 miles just to put my 2008 Chrysler 300 in Jeff shop. For one, I have been doing business with Jeff automotive for years. For two, he is honest with diagnostics/inspection for repairs. Three, Reasonable prices and most of all, a job well done. I used to think this place was the best but it seems sometimes they are not interested in doing a thorough job to see what's wrong with your vehicle.
DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A 1!!!! SPENT ALMOST 1000 DOLLARS AND NOTHING GOT fIXED!!! SAME PROBLEMS AS WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS I AM CALLING LAWYERS AS WE SPEAK!!! THIS IS BS!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to start this by saying I have never written a bad review in my life, mainly bc it's not worth the time. But if I could give negative stars on here I definitely would. The customer service is horrible, for one (they were very rude). They were very vague about when my car would be done, and continued to push it back multiple times. Now those 2 things I could get past but then when I picked up my car and had it taken for an alignment (which they don't do there) I found out that they hadn't replaced the parts that they said they did and when I called to ask about it they told me they couldn't get it in to look at until the following week. When I complained about it, bc that is unacceptable, they told me I shouldn't be mad at them about it, I should be "mad at the idiot who crashed the car" (my fiancé)!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible in every possible aspect. I could continue with all the horrible details about this horrible experience, but I will end this with saying DO NOT GO HERE. You can find much better, trust me.
