Went there for my sister's birthday dinner, had a reservation but still had to wait due to people being allowed to stay for hours after done eating. Food itself was good so no complaints there.
The food as always was good but the bread sticks were dry and unseasoned. The meal was great. I shared my meal with another person and the cooks split it in the kitchen so we got seprate plates from the get go which was nice not having to do that at the table. Our waitress on the other hand was horrible. She took more than ten minutes to get a glass of water. Then our server was waiting on the table next to ours and and she cleared their dirty dishes and put them on our table. I was stunned. We were in a hurry so I didn't complain but I did call and speak with the manager later who took care of it.
Called ahead place on list show up told 15 min you been waiting for half hour hear your pager. Waited an hour longer asked how much longer they said we called your name??? He my pager and it didn't go off. We sat three feet from them. Never did we hear our name over the noise...why do you hand out pagers???? It never went off??? We can squeeze in some where now??? I drove a hour to eat here...thanks manager for nothing...should be listening for our name pager gives to something to hold.
Soooooo good! The food amazing! Also, very filling. The waitress was very nice as was all of the staff. The drinks were a bit pricey but over all was a great experience. One of my favorite places to eat!
Well where do I start first I send my wife in to reserve a table then the family that came in after us was seated first, then once we were seated and placed our ordered did not see water or our meal for 45min not acceptable this is NOT the norm for this location
