Employees would rather stand around discussing tv shows and how hot the girls are that walk threw. Ordered a 5 dollar hot n ready was told it would be 5 minutes was over 10. Highly disappointed

Love the food! Was not happy with the service today at all! One girl called in her food and shows up to find out they forgot to put her wings in so she waited atleast another 10 min. Then I ordered my food and was told it would be a 15 min wait. Ya, ok that's fine I'm willing to wait. Well 20 min later, I see 2 boxes on the heat rack. Tell the guy my name and he looks at the orders and says no sorry it's not realy. 10 minutes later I look at the receipt myself and it says my name! My food was up there the whole time the guys just couldn't read or something!! Poor service!
Was here during a wicked crazy rush and the employees stayed focused on providing service. Never once did they argue, it was great to see such team work in a truly chaotic environment!
I was 20 min late to pick up pizza, and it was cold (not sitting under the heat lamp). The order was wrong. I was given pepperoni and onions, not pepperoni and black olives. Cashier didn't know how to make it right. I was in a hurry, and it's 1/3 the cost of Dominos, so I paid and heated it at home. Still great, despite the issues I had.
I called ahead a big order for a classroom lunch. I showed up at the time I said and my pizza was hot, ready, and given to me by a friendly staff with great service! Well done-- thank you!
