By far my favorite sub place. Grew up eating here, and would recommend to anyone.
Subs were prepared well. Fries were crisp and fresh. I did have to repeat parts of my order which made me feel as if the customer service representative (cashier) wasn't listening very well.
My favorite sandwich place. Love the bread, mayonnaise, and herb blend. Restaurant was clean, staff was adequately friendly. Service was quick.
I decided to do the online ordering because everyone warned me about the wait time; as I would be going over there during my lunch hour which is only 30 minutes. I ordered it 30 minutes prior to the pick up time. When I got there, no one had a clue about my order. You've got vote for Pedro, slim shady and Zac Efron junior working back there, with no clue. On top of the 30 minutes I waited prior to picking up my order, I waited an additional 12 minutes in the store due to them "not seeing the grill slip".. I ordered the cheese curds and much to my delight, they were frozen in the middle. I went back into the store and informed the manager of my special surprise. The manager Carl, was already flustered with his crew. I've heard nothing but bad things about this store but decided to give them a chance. I will NOT be returning back to get my replacement cheese curds. I REALLY hope they find a system to work, as everyone's face that I took note of today, was pissed off waiting for their food. No apology when I got my food handed to me either. Carl was the only who seemed to be "trying".
