I just tried ordering food over the phone. The lady was by far the most rude customer service representative I have ever spoken to in my life. The moment the phone was picked up she gave attitude, was impatient and treated questions like they were stupid, and was completely unhelpful in taking payment information over the phone. She had a demeaning tone and I would never recommend ordering from here ever again. I have never felt this strongly before where I said over the phone that we would be ordering elsewhere just because of the bad service. Never again.
Lady on the phone was a bit short with me but not rude. I liked that she actually understood me and vice versa. The food arrived within 35 minutes and it was hot. I will continue to order from here!
I had ordered food and the lady who picked up was so disrespectful to me and my husband. She gave me attitude and I know this wasn't the first time we had bad customer service. The driver was okay, but PLEASE DO not order food from here no matter if their food is good. For me customer service is important and if you don't have that, then why have a restaurant! Usually these people are mean anyways so why bother ordering from them. I would rather go to a Chinese buffet on the west side then order from these rude people!!
Nasty. Kwik Trip has a better egg roll and Walmart has better chicken fried rice. Chicken in the fried rice was undercooked and I tasted chunks that were spoiled. Really. Don't waste your money at this dive. Just a matter of time until someone gets deathly ill eating this sad excuse for Chinese food.
