never been a complainer...in fact this is the first review, good or bad, I have ever written. But I feel ripped off beyond belief. I took some suits in to royal cleaners to get dry cleaned and two pieces to get altered. I felt the dry cleaning prices were reasonable, but the alterations were done crappy and at a extremely high price. I had pants legs hemmed on one pair of pants and sleeves taken in on a jacket. These two alterations cost just shy of 60 bucks!!! I could maybe see this price if they were done flawlessly but that for sure wasn't the case. Bottom line... go here for dry cleaning but not alterations.
It was just bad overrall when i went to pick my my clothes sum of my clothes still had the same stains on them had to tell them doin it over and they time frame is bad too they told me monday i went to drop off sum more stuff n only sum of my thing where done not all so i had to come pick up piece by piece i wont recommend this store no no one just bad service they
