We needed some mold removed from our attic that was found during a home inspection. The buyers realtor came in with a mold specialist and I called SERVPRO. The difference in the two quotes was amazing, SERVPRO provided details of what they were doing and what products they were using. Luke Swagel was our project manager. He was easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. From start to finish he was great to work with. They have a real person that answers the phone! Beki DeMoulin is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The servicemen on the job were very professional, which can be hard to find. We got in the schedule right away and the job was done quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Would love to offer zero stars. Dispite the month and a half wait to have servpro fix a pipe issue in my apartment I have yet to have it fixed. After 3 weeks I have half of my ceiling removed in my kitchen. Whenever I try to get in contact I am told they have emergencies to deal with. Every day over a month and a half? Come on now..I have gotten the run around d so many times when I call. I've had appointments cancelled, calls for scheduling not returned, and told my issue is at the bottom of the list. How is this a good way to run a business?
