Overpriced and unorganized. They lost my bed skirt for days (was in their possession for over a week all told) and each time my husband or I spoke to them they changed their story about where it was. Eventually they offered to deliver it straight to us when they found it, but never mentioned it'd be COD. I was physically in the store when the offer was made, and could have paid there. Although, to be honest, I didn't even think I'd still have to pay for it, since we only had the one ticket, which was turned in and paid when my husband picked up everything else. I assumed the bed skirt was included in that bill since we had no other ticket. Nope. Delivery guy came, I don't have enough cash and don't have checks, so I have no way to pay since they never warned me. They "graciously" took my credit card over the phone for the additional $50 for a single bed skirt. And BTW, the bed skirt wasn't even cleaned well. It was still covered in the cat hair which was the main reason for getting it cleaned in the first place.
I recently brought some suits in to have laundered at their Oneida location. When I dropped the suits off I had asked that they replace one of the interior buttons on the pants, as well as secure a button on another. I dropped the items off on a Friday morning, they were expected back at the end of the day Wednesday (a bit longer than I expected, but whatever). When I returned to pick them up I politely paid and left. I removed the bags at home and noticed that neither buttons were repaired, not only are their prices absolutely ridiculous ($70.36 for 3 two piece suits, its no wonder they don't advertise their pricing) their service is terrible. Its been quite a while since I brought my clothing to them because of some dissatisfaction in the past, now I will never bring anything back. Martinizing Dry Cleaning is half the price ($12 per two piece suit) and twice the experience and quality, don't waste your time with Lindeman's!!
Horrible service!!! And they didn't have my item done when it was supposed to be ready, so having to go back a second time i asked for a discount, they only gave me $2 off a $27 purchase! I will never go back again!
Very disappointing. I spent 10 minutes speaking with the "expert" in heirloom fabrics and wedding dresses about my daughter's heirloom wedding dress. I never received calls back as promised about what would be done and when I picked the dress up it had been SAFETY PINNED to the hanger. I'll be finding someone else to clean it after the wedding.
