We had an unfortunate water backup in our finished basement. At first we thought the carpet would need to be completely replaced, but thought we would try cleaning it first to see if it could be salvaged. We needed an appointment on a Saturday and Jamie was extremely accommodating. It was amazing how great the carpet looked after he was finished with it. We are having Jamie come back to clean the tile floors too. We appreciated the personal attention and great service that we received. Jamie is a great guy and has done a WONDERFUL job with the floors at my restaurant. When we bought an existing business the previous owner had completely neglected the floors. They are unbelievably covered with grease and dirt. In the matter of two cleanings Jamie was able to get the floors back to almost new condition. Jamie did my tile floor and my grout, which is very light in color. It was done in a few hours while I was away. I came back to a shiny tile floor with grout that looked brand new! The sealer that he put on it has kept the grout clean longer than I have ever been able to keep it clean. I was very happy with the results! Thanks, Jamie!
