This is best furniture store in NE Wisconsin for a reason. The sales staff is top notch and really knew the products well. Dave was super and stuck with us while making the best decision for our family. The prices could not be matched with the quality we were seeking, anywhere else. We did have a tv stand damaged upon delivery, but the customer service department will get us a new one when it comes in. Exactly what we were looking for in a company! Respect!
Very pleased with my visit at WGR. Sales man was very friendly and informative and I felt no pressure in making a purchase. However, because of his knowledge and expertise I did make a purchase and am very excited for my delivery. This will not be my last visit at WGR.
Shopped the clearance center and found exactly what we were looking for. The price was exactly in our range. Our sales associate was friendly and competent. We were in and out in less than an hour. My only complaint was we couldn’t take the floor model with us that day. Items were ordered and takes 5 weeks for delivery. Shop ahead of needing items by certain dates or holidays.
Great selection of furniture. We were looking for a new reliner chair. Ended up buying a great living room sofa set that all recline.
