Great service, not pushy sales which is really hard to find! Bought a sofa and loveseat, great quality and prices. Quick delivery. Only thing they didn't tell us is that you have to pay in cash for delivery so had to run to an atm to get cash. But everything else was wonderful. Thank You!

Just bought a recliner sofa and loveseat set from them, called to let them know we were coming to pick it up and when we got there everything was by the front door waiting for us, tightly plastic wrapped and ready to go. CLEARLY we assumed they would have checked it over to make sure there was nothing wrong with it BEFORE plastic wrapping it. So we loaded it into our enclosed trailer and took it home. Got it into the house that night and took all the plastic wrapped off to find a tear in the fabric on the corner of the loveseat that was very clearly noticeable. Called them to tell them about it and asked if they would come either try to fix it or come replace it, they asked me to email pictures. I emailed pictures and they never responded. Waited a while and finally called them back a week later, the guy who answered knew exactly what I was calling about before I even got the chance to tell him and he told me that WE need to bring it in to swap it out because it’s OUR fault that we didn’t cut all the plastic off that they had JUST wrapped on it at the store and check it over before having them wrap it AGAIN. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!! This place will NEVER have my business again and I will NEVER give them a good recommendation. I’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE I know how rudely unprofessional this place is! They should be ashamed!
