I have been shopping for a new bedroom set for a while and I have been having difficulty finding something I liked and making a commitment. Justin Savage and Brittney Weiss were absolutely amazing. They took the time to listen to my wants, look at my bedroom pics and help me pick out the perfect bedroom set. On top of their vast knowledge and style, they were extremely friendly and pleasant to be around. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Nick Horn was very patient and helpful. He took the time to show me all of the options I had with buying a mattress and did not pressure me to go outside of my budget. The whole process of me making a decision was a long one, and he was very receptive of my feelings regarding such a large purchase. He was excellent!
As I walked in the door I had someone who was knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I found a mattress with frame, living room set, and kitchen table and wasn’t blindsided by the price at the end. He walked through all the costs throughout the process, which I appreciated.
We have had some unfortunate things happen with our newly purchase bed and bedroom set. Our sale person Dave has been extremely helpful and friendly on finding us a replacement that we love. Would go back to him in a heartbeat for future furniture needs.
