Don't buy the Ultra Shield insurance on your furniture! SCAM! LIARS! Unless your damage is less than 20 dollars they won't actually process your claim. I bought the pet insurance only to find out they don't cover any rips, tares, punctures or "accidents". Not sure what kind of damage an animal can do that doesn't fall under one of those. They don't tell you this when you buy the furniture. Sandy Casler is absolutely no help in processing your claim.
I stopped at several other places looking for rugs and continued to get more and more frustrated by no customer service and poor quality. I was expecting the worst at lazy boy and honestly it couldn’t have gone any better. The employees were very knowledgeable and did their absolute best to find us what we were looking for. I feel comfortable now knowing that we bought an excellent product from them and at the best price over all the competitors. Going anywhere else is a waste of time.
When I walked in the store I was blown away, The decor looks beautiful. I was greeted by very nice people. They helped me with the whole buying process. They really know what they are talking about. La-z-boy Is made very well. All American Made. They have 100's of fabrics to choose from. They even have a free design service with designers they will help you with any questions you might have. Best shopping experience Ever
In January of 2015 we purchased 2 Lazy Boy Recliners. Within the first month one needed to be repaired and the service was great. The service tech that came out was helpful and fixed the chair. Today 8-10-2017 I called and wanted to set up a service call to have the same chair repaired again. When we bought the recliners we bought top of the price scale and top of the line recliners. We asked about the warranty and the sales person told us it was a great plan. That everything had a lifetime guarantee and that it was one of the best warranties around. So believing this we purchased our recliners. Again paying for not only the recliners but for the fabric protection also. When I called today I was informed that the parts are covered as there is a lifetime warranty on those...BUT we would have to pay for the labor ($109.00 for the first hour, then every 15 minutes after that). We also had to pay for shipping on the parts which would be $12.99. If, you are going to talk a big talk about that the recliner would be under a warranty for a lifetime then you honor that. It was through no fault or rough handling of this chair that it broke. The springs gave out on one side of it. Meaning this was a default in the making of the chair. And, I have to add my tags are still on the chair!! We will be throwing it in the city dump and we will NEVER buy anything again from Lazy Boy Furniture Gallery. They do not take care of their customers like they should and are only out for the sale of the product. After that you are on your own. So very disappointed with this company and the sales people.
So, I was shopping for furniture for my apartment in March and had such an amazing furniture shopping experience shopping there. They made it easy and found me affordable options. I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from because I couldn't imagine anything less than stellar with dealing with La-Z-Boy. I would highly recommend for younger couples looking to have high quality furniture.
