2 employees and 2 managers and 30 minutes later we were able to get a price match on a pair of $15 gloves.. Come on.
I was at the Younkers store at the Fox River Mall in Appleton. Awful! What a mess! None of the hangers that had sizes on them matched the clothing size. Racks every where some packed with stuff others empty. One rack tipped as I was looking at cloths - I motioned for the clerk and said it's tipping over, she said I know! My purchase total was incorrect and I had to go back ( went to a different counter) and the security tag wasn't taken off either! Messy disorganized. Not going back there!!
I used to love the Green Bay store and shopped there regularly. I am sad to say it is very messy with piles of clothes in the dressing rooms and throughout the store. I am not going back for a long, long time.
Horrible store, almost walked out with my items without paying just for spite. Went to three checkouts and each one walked away from register without even acknowledging us. Next time I won't give so many chances!
I loved this store. Got up early to plan on getting all my Christmas shopping done and beat the rush as you were having a great sale. NOT one shopping cart in whole store. The sales people acted like no big deal. Stated “we were so busy this weekend and people take them out of store”. Well it’s Tuesday. Get them back!!! I bought one thing and left, I was planning on buying a lot more but no carts. The store was extremely dead. I can see why. I don’t shop often but when I do I buy a lot and did all my shopping at Younkers. Well no more! I went to other stores that were very busy and they all had tons of carts. And you wonder why stores are closing and people shop on line. This is it. I’m done.
