It's a Walmart, but the people are great. I have been using the Pharmacy for 9 yrs and they're the greatest. They go the extra mile to help, if you need something they don't have they will find for you then stock it for the future. I have never been treated better than at the West Mason, the East Mason is the same way.
I highly recommend that you take the time to let the supervisor know when a cashier does a great job! I did, and they commented that they may ask her to help train others.
Went to the Automotive Center for an oil change. The customer service was great. Wait wasn't too bad. All in all, a very good experience as far as oil changes go.
Great prices, large selection of various merchandise! Friendly, helpful staff! Relaxed shopping atmosphere. Lot's of great deals!
I will unfortunately always some second thoughts about the owners of the Corporation, I wish they treated their employees better, pay benefits etc. But the people that I find that work there, especially these two stores are outstanding, and keep me returning to support them.
Always open ,nice prices, employees are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Some greeters not friendly as others some to busy visiting with friends or co workers to say hello even. Wish customers would get their own cart instead of grabbing mine AGAIN. Still out of great value Frozen potatoes Wis is known for potatoes too.
I prefer the self check-out because I like my items bagged a certain way. However, my last visit required a regular check lane, and I was pleasantly surprised to have my groceries properly bagged by the cashier.
