We have been bringing our Airedale Terrier to Gentle Vet since she was a pup. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely cares about our girl and us too! While our last visit proved to be very costly, I know that they will get to the bottom of what is going on, so Maggie can get back to being her usual self. Great staff!
Love the doctors and staff at Gentle Vet. Everybody is attentive to our pet's needs. I have worked primarily with Dr. Gilbert and I am indebted to her exhaustive care of my last dog. She truly cares about the health and well-being of animals. When we decided to adopt another dog I never considered another veterinarian. My friends whom I have referred to Gentle Vet have been pleased, too.
We adopted two love birds from the Fox Valley Humane Society. They came from a hoarding environment. We wanted to make sure they were healthy. Rainbow and Sunshine received a very thorough and informative exam by Dr.Dan Gray. We are very happy with the head to toe exam. And it was very affordable.
They were great for a while but we just boreded our cat with them. He was completely healthy when we dropped him off but he came home with an upper respiratory infection and the people at gentle vet didn't care and wanted to charge us to treat him. We will never take our poor kitty there again
we boarded our perfectly healthy cat. when we picked him up 10 days later garfield had a severy upper respite infection. Gentle vet wanted us to pay for more vet costs to see him again. I don't trust them to I've spent over 1k on garfield in the last few days. It's looking like he isn't going to make it. If u ever want to see your pet alive again better not board them with Gentle Vet. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. The staff only cares about Money!!
