As a chiropractor I have very high standards when it comes to the work of fellow healthcare professionals. Finding a Veterinarian in Green Bay that has an appreciation for holistic care is amazing, and the care they provided our Siamese cat was outstanding. Our first experience with them was an emergency. They saved our Max and we are in their debt. Thank you again.

Very kind staff and doctor. I would highly recommend bringing your animals here. I was very impressed by their care, concern, and professionalism.

One month ago my little shih Tzu had a wellness check up with Dr. Heintz. I was the person that took her for this check up. During this check up Dr. Heintz recommended that three benign cysts be removed from our little shih tzu's back, she thought they were causing her discomfort. A few weeks later, My son dropped her off in the morning to have the procedure done - he was just the drop off person, not the decision maker; the decision had been made by myself and the Doctor earlier that month. I called in that morning to answer all check in procedures. Between my son and the young person checking her in they shaved hair from the three on her back and large fatty tumor on her chest. I picked her up later that day and what shocked to find that they had taken off all four. The three on the back were not as invasive as the one large one on the front. Emma is over 13 years old - I wish I would NOT have taken her advise on removing these. I have great guilt over agreeing to this. It was too hard on her at her age. In hindsight, I can't help but think what type of professional recommends this to be done on a 13 year old dog? I do hold the professional accountable for proceeding to take off all four. The talk I had with Dr. Heintz in her office about what to do should have superseded, or they should have called me to confirm. Why didn't they call me to confirm??? This is a life we are taking about here! Did the doctor not even remember that she was to only take off the three on Emma's back? They just cut away at wherever the young tech person had shaved her without question? I feel as though all they were interested in was making money off my little girl.

I cannot say how thankful we are for this clinic. We recently moved to the area from quite a distance away and around the same time decided it was the right time to bring a pup into our family! Sherman, our 21 week, 60 lb great dane puppy is our kid. We love him. Throughout his growth so far, we have had some bumps in the road. We were going to a different clinic, where we were extremely unhappy with the care, and did not feel the vet knew much about large breed dogs. When our guy first threw a cherry eye on one side, we knew it was the right time to seek a different vet. This clinic is 10 minutes from our house, and has a warm, country feel, which appeals to us because we have horses and cows as well! Brooke was our vet tech, and she was by far the best I have ever had with Sherm and any of the pets I have had in the past. She was compassionate, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and showed a lot of love to Sherman. Dr. Heintz put the cherry on the sundae. Although we were disappointed that our suspicions of our (now double eyed) cherry eye were confirmed, she was quick to explain our options, along with giving us a complete low-high price quote for surgery if needed. She sent us home with eye ointment and further instructions of how to try to get it to subside on its own. They spent over an hour with us reassuring us, as we had lots of questions that were not previously answered with our previous vet (a lot of catching up that was done during that appointment), AND even though our visit was only for his eyes, the vet did a complete thorough exam of all systems. They knew plenty about great danes as a breed and how they develop differently from many other breeds. We left feeling SO much more comfortable and confident. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured into any treatments/vaccines/procedures. While Sherman's eyes have not improved with alternate therapy, and he will likely need surgery, I don't feel as uneasy about it as I did going into it.

We will be continuing care at this clinic and are so glad we looked for a second opinion. Brooke deserves a special pat on the back, as she really gave us the perfect first lasting impression!

They easily worked my cat in, who had an unexpected emergency. I am so happy I brought him here.

We have been taking our Chihuahua Minnie to Country Care for years. They always treat Minnie like family, and have her best interests at heart. Recommend them highly!
