I went two weeks before christmas. They had extended hours and opened at 7am which was really nice since I worked 2nd shift that day. My only beef, and this is with every store, is all the sales pitching they make the cashier do. They don't get paid enough for that.
Items bought online are canceled because our order got to the warehouse to late. Automated system said 1 was cancelled and 3 were shipped. After hours on the phone (not exaggerating) it turns out all the items except one was cancelled. Thanks for the free $5.00 after the phone agent said it is what it is. Wondering if I can return all in-store bought and online bought items to the store or do I need to return them to the locations I got them at?
Extremely helpful! Directed us to the desired department, personal quick, efficient. Definitely a store we will frequent!
This location is pretty run down. It smells terrible and the customer service is typically slow. I would really work at improving the whole experience with Amazon grabbing customers daily. Also, don't ya think a toy store should be fun? RIP FAO and KB...soon to be TRU.
Prices are a little high and didn't have stock that matched their website. Unfortunately not the first time they've disappointed me. Left with nothing.
