Use to love this place until yesterday, when we went and waited for 2 hours to get fish. After 2 employees saw me asked what I was looking for then walked away. Horrible service, and horrible new employees. PetSmart will now be my go to. My rating is 0 stars
The people there are amazing and all the animals were cute just I wish they stop selling critter trail cages for hamsters
Very good selection of items. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The products are better and food they sell is more high quality. All the enclosures were clean and for the most part good examples with the exception of small animals. The employees were very welcoming compared to Pet smart. I would choose Pet co over any other pet store any day!
I have maybe been in one other Petco in my life, so I don't know how this one fares in comparison, but it seems to have a good selection of pet supplies and reasonably good prices. Can't attest to the quality of live animals available here as I've never bought any here, but the store itself seems quite expansive. I guess my only real qualm about the place is it seems a little dark and uninviting compared to the Appleton location I've also visited. It's an older store in a badly aging and vacant strip mall, so it's probably not likely to get a remodel, but it serves my needs.
