Picked up a '16 specialized fatboy. Everyone at the shop was super helpful and they really helped me pick the best bike for my budget.
My wife was looking for a certain Specialized bike. She couldn't find one in stock anywhere. There are two Specialized dealers in Green Bay. My wife wanted to demo the bike, and if she liked it she'd buy it. She tried the "other" dealer first and was told "No. Specialized won't do that. No way would they EVER do that!" Then she tried J and B. Jeff never batted an eyelash, and made sure she got the bike she wanted. We ended up buying the bike, and appreciate what Jeff did for us to make sure we were happy.

Great customer service and very personable experience. My fiance bought me a bike last year for my birthday and the staff was very helpful in making sure it was the proper size and that I was satisfied. We ended up purchasing one for my fiance the same day as well because we were so happy. This year, we returned to look at a bike for my 7 year old daughter and the staff was again very helpful. They made sure we picked one that was the proper size, let her test it it out in the parking lot, and helped pick a helmet that for her as well.
