I was expecting hundreds of dollars in parts replacement or the whole heater replacement. But it turned out to be be a simple problem and John fixed it quick and helped us understand a few things about water heater.
I wanted to take the time to adjust my rating. First impressions of this company was less than par. I had troubles getting an answer for what I would like and questions about certain charges. The team at Vern's went above and beyond to make it right and we tackled the project to get it done. Thanks for the extra effort.
I also been very pleased with the service. I've had a couple of emergencies and some non-emergencies. Someone has always been able to come over promptly. Have also received some good advice on my wonky plumbing features in our house.
Professional, knowledgeable, fast, helpful, understanding etc etc.. the guy who came over to check my water heater was awesome, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes.
We had our old toilet removed and a new one installed and the plumber (Chad I believe) did a fantastic job and answered a few questions I had during the install process. Our new toilet looks absolutely fantastic and works wonderfully.

Water heater was dying. I researched the different types of water heaters, contacted Kummers and they sat at my kitchen table, explained options, positives and negatives. After we decided what was appropriate for us, we scheduled appointment, they arrived on time and got the job done. Everything works great and there were no surprises or extra costs. Steve and Tom were extremely polite, professional, and just pleasant to talk to. Even quickly fixed leaky cartridge in shower at no extra cost. I would absolutely recommend them and they will be 'my plumber' from now on.
