I had a problem with my kitchen sink clogging up every few months. I have previously been able to service it myself but this time I needed to call in a professional to finally do things right. I called during normal weekday business hours to set up my appointment.
I had Roto Rooter come out and unplug my drains on the 22d of July 2014. The tech assured me that everything was running great and the problem was a clog in the baffle near the holding tank. He went out of his way to mention that his work was fully guaranteed and to just give them a call if there was a problem. Well we left for the weekend after taking a shower and starting the dishwasher, daily duty etc... We came home Sunday to 4 inches of sewer water in the basement. I called a septic service first to pump the tank thinking that was the problem and the water still wouldn't go down. So I called back Roto to send out the tech to fix it again... What I got was some snotty woman on the phone that said they couldn't come out until Wed because the tech was on vacation. How the hell can you advertise emergency service and a guarantee of your work with only one tech in the shop?? This is the worst I have ever been treated by Roto Rooter anywhere in the country. Whoever sold these schmucks a franchise should be looking into how they are representing the company.. I'll be sending the bill for service from someone else. And if you don't make good I'll be send more reviews to the BBB.

Hopefully I don't have this issue again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again. :)
In the end, he was able to charge me LESS than originally quoted which I appreciated.
They are listed as having 24/7 service tried calling a few times after 6:30 PM on a weekday. Their answering service would say press 0 for an emergency and every time it would respond with "good bye" and hang up even when tried other numbers.
If they are not even set up to take calls one has to wonder how long it will take for them to get a hold of a technician to send out.
Brandon, my tech, was very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the job in a quick and timely manner and after he completed, he had no issues staying behind and answering my questions (probably an extra 15 minutes or so).
