This company is by far the worst! They can to our home and diagnosed the issue with our water heater and said they would be back around 3pm to fix it. Instead we get a call stating they need to order the part and it would be in Thursday or Friday and they would call when it came in. Thursday passes by and we didn't hear anything so mid morning Friday I call to see what was going on. Come to find out they sent someone to our home and they let themselves into our home without our knowledge. To make this experience even better, the replacement part they used is heavily damaged and we found some of the water heater sheilds laying on the groud. So here we are day 6 with no hot water. My calls are not being returned even from their "emergency line". Unfortunately due to the home warranty that came with our home I have to continue to deal with these clowns!
We couldn't be happier with Rich and Heather at Sinclair. Both have gone over and above to complete our work when requested. Rich personally installed our fixtures and helped us to trouble shoot some items with our remodel. They are pleasant to deal with and do great work. I would highly recommend them for any job- large or small.

Hired them to install a sump pump and garbage disposal. Brody came out and was fast and efficient. These people that gave one stars for one incident are bringing the rating down. Hiring them a second time to install a dishwasher. Would recommend to all my friends if I had any.
