Sleep Number is the worst company I have ever bought from. They lied repeatedly about delivery times, took two months to deliver the bed, and when it finally came the air pump and bladder were missing. It then took another week to get the missing parts and they never refunded me for shipping like I asked. Stay far away from this scumbag company.
You are an asset to the sleep number company and anyone who walks into your store in Green Bay, WI. You took the time to listen to me. I need to spend a few days a week in two different homes, with two different beds, and not sleeping well in either. You had me and my fiancé lay on a bed with a projection on the ceiling and we viewed where our pressure points were and not being supported at our current number. I was at 100, thinking a hard bed was good for my lower back - I was wrong. I sleep so much better now that I purchased your recommendations. Both beds are set at 55; the two inch Coolfit Foam Layer and unbelievable pillow, make my beds a "welcome back" sound sleep experience. I also purchased sheets that same day over the phone, by your coworker, who was also very helpful, and was able to get the 30% discount. I very much appreciate you, and your products. The sale person is quite nice, considering how annoying and pushy some are. The pillows they sell are very " ordinary " for the price , but that's just my opinion.
