The rooms are amazing. It was like an apartment. It has a full kitchen and a really big living room. The bathroom is huge and place offers tons of closet space. It even has a bedroom that is completely separate from the rest of the room. I stay at a lot of hotel and you just don't see that very often.
The same kindly man who was working there the last time I was there greeted us at the counter. Every hotel employee should be this friendly and helpful. Next to the front desk. is a shop that offers hot and cold snacks and travel essentials. They even have full size pizzas and a pizza oven. Nice.
Our clients are touring entertainers, like Donna Bell and Jay Harris, who stay in a lot of hotels and know what it takes to be a top-notch property like this one! The staff is amazing, and the rooms are perfect and quiet. There's a free breakfast in the morning, a free to use exercise room, and a game arcade with billiards! The Quality Inn in downtown Green Bay was one of the most conveniently located and friendly hotels we've stayed in. The staff was phenomenal and accommodating for our very late check-in. We were within 5 miles from Lambeau Field (Go Pack Go!) and some of Green Bay's finest local eats! Huge non-smoking rooms with insanely soft queen beds, a fridge, microwave, and anything else you could possibly need! After a wonderful night of rest, we woke up to feast of a breakfast that included fresh made eggs, sausage and waffles! I can tell you we'll definitely be back next time we are in Green Bay. Thanks for a great stay!
Great hotel! The location is perfect, close to downtown and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The rooms were clean and quiet and they offered a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning which was fresh and had lots of options. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Green Bay. Would highly recommend this hotel!
It's great to be back at the Quality Inn & Suites in Green Bay, WI. I was there earlier this year and loved it. This place is even better the second time around. I got to town earlier than I did the last time and I got to see more of the neighborhood. There are not a lot of shopping options, but there a ton of eating options just a short walk away from the hotel. You have options like pizza and burgers. But you also have other choices like Irish, Greek, Mexican and Chinese. And be sure to take in the river wherever you choose to eat.
Sheet we're dirty. Staff just gave us the clean sheets to change on our own. We were supposed to receive taxi vouchers to our reception hall and back to the hotel but never did. Booked 30+ rooms for our wedding. When guests attempted to call and book a room they were transferred to corporate and told that there were no rooms held or available under our name. A package was left at the front desk for the bride and groom with our last name but was delivered to the wrong room. Most of the staff was great aside from one gentleman who was very rude and unprofessional. Hotel is kinda old and outdated. Only good think was breakfast. We were not impressed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.
The Quality Inn & Suites still offers there amazing complimentary breakfast every morning. Oh, and did I mention the beautiful indoor pool? Like I said, the Quality Inn & Suites in Green Bay, WI. was even sweeter the second time around.
