I was visiting out of state for my father's funeral. I made the reservation the night of his memorial around 8pm. My daughter ended up going missing that night and wasn't found until 4am. We obviously didn't make it. I contacted hotel Saturday am to explain situation. I was told I would not be charged. I was subsequently charged and told that I lied about calling. Emailed phone records showing I did contact and explained situation to even include my father's death certificate. They said too bad. My family was financially impacted by traveling for a sudden death and the staff has no compassion at all.
This place is great!!!!!! Amazing staff. Clean rooms. And great pool area. I used to run a front of a restaurant and hotel and I can tell you I had nothing but smiles and great conversation Andy and Tiffany made me feel "at home". This is my new favorite place to stay and bring family and friends.
This place is good, nothing to complain about. The hotel is really affordable and it was newly renovated , the staff is very nice with you. I will only complain about the breakfast which a bit limited. Except that this hotel is also a nice place to go, each time I am in town I try to go there.
I rented the honeymoon suite for my husband and I. It was very beautiful inside the room (I decorated with the balloons, etc.) There was a two person Jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in, and I loved the accents throughout the room. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was definitely better than other hotels. The staff was all very friendly and cheerful. I would definitely come again. The prices are on the higher side.
I was very pleased with the hotel. Especially for the price. It appears to have recently changed ownership or is undergone a name change for some reason. Everything seems updated. Is it a five star hotel? No, but again for the price and location, it's a place I'd stay again.
