Very unhygienic room. There were pubes and hairs all in the shower and on the walls, same thing in almost all of our towels. Old dirty water sitting in the coffee maker so we couldn’t use it. Rust in the bathroom, moldy smell in the room. The front desk employee dodged an in person request for some sort of refund or other customer service due to the lack of cleanliness, and the manager has failed to give me a call to fix the issue as promised. Highly recommend spending more to stay elsewhere unless you are okay with a disgusting hotel room and lack of customer care.
The room was filthy. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The pool was ok and breakfast wasn't half bad. The staff were very nice. The room was very dirty, not outdated or old, but just down right gross. It was like the maid stopped in the middle of the job. The bed was clean, so it seemed. I checked it thoroughly for bug too, there were none. The bathroom wasn't horrible, but the rest of the room was untouched.
Absolute pig sty. The rooms were dirty, the TV had static, and it smelt moldy. You could smell the chlorine from our hotel room and we were on the second floor. Management was nice, but the cleaning service barely did anything, and there were uncleaned hairs and stains in the bathroom. The walls were paper-thin and I could hear all my neighbors and their conversations. The beds were also too small and not soft. The rooms were also moldy and you could feel the damp mildew in your bedroom. Breakfast was ok with no fruit, and minimal choices. Hallway was very dark and dimly lit. I do not recommend this hotel, and anyone can go to Microtel just down the street which is the same price and a lot cleaner. I will never go back!!!
We had a very enjoyable time. The rooms were very clean and had extras like high ceilings and fans in the rooms. The breakfast provided was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. The staff was especially professional, kind, and accommodating when we needed assistance. The local decor (mostly Green Bay Packers) was much appreciated as well! Thanks so much for the great experience.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is decently priced with the services it offers. The location is close to Lambeau and the mall as well.
