I thought I booked a room with a queen size bed, but it was only a full, but there was a kitchenette, which was unexpected yet nice. There was only the bare minimum complimentary shower accessories (no conditioner or lotion). The breakfast was sufficient. The overall experience was what I expected for the price I paid.
We stayed here because of a family emergency and they were feast. My niece has stayed here off and on for the last 3-4 months. She said she received nothing but respect and caring from the staff. Kudos to you all for making a bad experience bareable.
The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-designed, with a kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, microwave, single sink and two-burner electric range. The room has a large closet, desk, office chair and reclining chair. The thermostat and TV controls were easy to use, and we connected to wifi with no problem. It could almost be a studio apartment. We had excellent pizza and salad delivered from Pizza Ranch.
The room was way bigger than expected and very clean! Only complaint would be that the internet is slow. Overall great experience, I would highly recommend it and I will be staying there again!
Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent. The room had a full size refrigerator and a microwave. Cupboards had dishes and drawers filled with silverware. It had an island/table which sat all 4 of us. My only issue was the beds were too small to accommodate 2 people. But all in all it was a decent priced hotel that fit our needs.
