The place was busy (on a Friday afternoon) but the checkout line went by quickly. Plus, the staff was very helpful and the place was clean.
Hello, I just wanted to send on a note about one of your employees. Today, I called the onsite Pro Shop and was helped by Patty. I had ask her if an item was in stock and she went out of her way to go check in the store. When she came back I thought of another item to add and without attitude or frustration she happily said she would also go check that item. Her great customer service went above and beyond my expectations. She was extremely patient and friendly and also VERY helpful. I just wanted to say thank you for her help and making the shopping experience with the Packers Pro Shop a success and less stressful one!! Thanks so much and Go Pack! :)
THERE IS SO MANY GREEN BAY PACKERS ITEMS. It is crazy how big the store is and how many things you can choose from! They had clothes, hats, glassware/kitchen items, pet clothes, etc. Quite expensive but it's hard not to want to buy everything there.
Would give more stars if it would let us. This place has the best customer service! Special shout out to Mrs. Beth and Mrs. Julie, you guys were so awesome helping us while we were there. Jenny's custom Jersey turned out so great, she is so proud to wear it as a memorial to her dad, a true Packer fan. We are so happy we stopped in and met you guys. Thanks for a great experience! Mind blowing all the Green Bay Packer things available in this shop. What a fun place to be
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my most recent experience ordering online from them. I will continue to order from them going forward because all money from the ProShop goes to the Packers and no other team; it's why I shop there. I made an error in the checkout process so I contacted them immediately to get it changed; I'm talking within minutes. The first customer service person told me they 'can't' cancel my order or credit my chargecard once the order has been placed. But what they could do is give me the discount I failed to put in (that was my error and the reason I called) on a ProShop gift card. At that point I asked for a manager because the whole reason I ordered was for the discount. After we went through the same dog & pony show with the first person, she looked up my order and said in a condescending tone: "Tell you what. I'll go back to the warehouse, locate your order among the hundreds that are back there and credit your card." I appreciate they did what I asked them to do but it shouldn't take a runaround or condescending attitudes to get that done. I made a mistake and your website provides no leeway or timeframe in which you can cancel. I find this a sleazy marketing strategy that I'm sure numerous stores pull. But again, it won't stop me from rooting for my Packers or buying from the ProShop; I don't want to support any other NFL team. Just beware if ordering online! Make sure it's right the first time!
