Was told there were "giant spiders" and "tons of cobwebs" in the box of jeans I brought in to sell. This was not true as my daughter had tried on every single pair of pants 3 days prior, and they sat in my living room until we brought them in today. I won't waste my time with this place anymore.
I love coming here for a bargain deal! We all know with children that they grow out of clothes faster than we buy them and here you can find tons of gently used clothes for the right price ! It's a small store and can be hard to get through the aisles especially if there are other people inside the store, and the clothes are stuffed into the shelves which make it hard to look at, but if you have the time and patience..it's an excellent place !
Ghetto Trashy and a rip off. If you want bed bugs go here. The staff is unpleasent and ghetto. I was a frequent customer at one upon a child. I recently purchased boots for my children and one pair had the bottom fall off the first day they were worn they were $10 which is pretty steep for a resale shop. I called and was told returns were accepted whithin a week with receipt. So i went in and they told me they could not refund me due to no sticker and they were incredibly rude about it. I wondered why they wouldnt take them back. Upon further inspection i found bed bugs in the seams. Now I have to pay to have my home treated because im not taking chances. NOT WORTH IT!
Good place for buying and selling kids items. The only reason for the low stars is because staff is very rude. Like you're bothering them.
I'm usually fond of this place for prices and the loyalty membership, but today was my worst selling experience. A brand new, never worn, pair of winter boots bought for $55, I got $4 for. I figured I would get something better because I usually hit the $15 mark with regular worn clothing I bring in. The cashier I could tell didn't want to deal with me asking questions so I dropped the topic and left them. This SUCKS but I accepted for the fact I know someone whose child will fit them and need will be better off.
