Terrible customer service. Just aweful. I came in one day and was first ignored, and then treated like an inconvenience because I needed a FITTING ROOM. Thinking it was a one time thing, I went back today to purchase pants and a jacket, and the service was even worse. Even my mom, who was with me at the time, was upset by it, and we were both feeling very uncomfortable. They lady actually ROLLED HER EYES when I asked for something I had on hold, sighed audibly, and then asked someone else to help us. Couldn't be bothered to to even give a smile or put down what she was doing to help us. I usually buy a lot of clothes there, and for the inflated price of everything in the store, I expect to be paying for great customer service. You won't get it here. Wish I didn't like their pants so much or I wouldn't come back.
5 days before Christmas and only one register open for a line wrapping around the store. Will not be coming back.
Quality goods and friendly staff
We are regular customers at American Eagle, but we won't be coming back. Customer service was bad. In fact, it was really bad. With so many people out of work, you think the company could find someone better than the person who treated us so rudely. Done!
Love their jeans! Always good quality and last awhile. The store is always neatly organized. Not too often are clothes just thrown around.
