Thanks to Shane and his crew for a great job on our house. He was able to help us achieve the makeover that we wanted. When our custom order arrived, Shane promptly called to schedule the start of construction, (in the dead of January) and except for a few weather delays, the job went smoothly. The crew was very considerate to communicate their work plan for the day and let us know immediately when issues arrived. I would highly recommend Urban Exteriors as a contractor.
I would highly recommend Shane and his crew from Urban Exteriors. They replaced all of our siding and repaired water damage under the siding. They worked with my insurance company for the water damage. They were professional and answered all of our questions. The final bill matched the estimate. Our new siding looks great.
Huge shout out to Shane Todt and his team at Urban Exteriors! It's amazing to have this old beast sided! We are down to just needing the soffits and some trim painted! Shane was the only contractor to follow up, deliver an estimate and he had me scheduled quickly and made our house a priority because my wedding was coming! I work between my home and work office so I was here through much of the work! His team was patient and very detailed with all of my questions! I'm very impressed! Shane and his team did a wonderful job. They were on time every morning. I barely saw them take breaks and only took a 30 min lunch. They completed ahead of schedule and on budget. I would gladly recommend them to everyone!
