Pros-so far, so good with the roof.
Cons--get your own financing, not the one they set up for you at 18%, because the work start will drag out for some time. It cost 5K more than the other guy, but was persuaded their rep and warrantee was better. Cleanup wasn't great....had to have my handyperson pick up an awful lot of junk...wood chunks come down when it rains, orange discs and roof piece all over my yard. If I have no problems down the road, I will give good review.
